Sliding date cursors (windows) for 3-month calendars

Everyone loves the convenience of 3 month-at-a-glance wall calendar with sliding Date Cursor to keep you on track all year long. Currently we manufacture date windows for three section calendars in 39 different sizes. In production we utilize only high quality PVC film. Due to fully automated process we are able to produce over 100.000 sets of date windows per working day. Additionally we try to keep our warehouse filled up with the most popular colors and sizes.

In printing industry time is very important. We do our best to keep order execution time not longer than 3 working days in case of “not assembled” date windows and 5 working days in case of “already assembled” date windows.

Frames being put on a transparent strap

In case of frames being put on the strap the transparent strap holding the date frame is placed on the back side of the frame. The frame has two guides placed on the back which allow to smoothly move the frame to both sides. Frames are formed using high temperature tolling that produces very correct shape. Frames being driven through a transparent strap

In case of frames being driven through the strap the transparent strap holding the date frame is driven through two holes punched in the color frame. Frames are punched using professional tooling which guarantee high quality, smooth cutting edges. An image to the right shows the frame being driven through the strap.

Printed frames

Printed frames are pretty similar to the frames driven through the strap. The transparent strap holding the date frame is driven through two holes punched in the color frame. But the color frame is screen printed on the clear PVC. In contrast standard frames are produced form color PVC. It is possible to print the frame according to customer's design.

Straps with a rubber band

The transparent straps are made of PVC 0,13mm in thickness. The strap is fixed to the calendar using the rubber band. Straps are always produced according to the calendar lengths what assures proper rubber tension. An image to the right shows the way the rubber band is fixed on the back of the calendar. Straps with rubber bands can be used with all kinds of frames available in our offer.

Rubberless straps (no rubber band)

Rubberless straps are made of clear PVC 0,40mm in thickness. On both endings of the strap we punch two openings arrow shaped. These openings are use to fix the strap on the calendar side. Rubberless straps allow to fix a strap even on a single, thin sheet of paper. Rubberless straps can be used with all kinds of frames available in our offer.

Straps with textile rubber with metal endings

Transparent straps combined with textile rubbers are made of soft PVC 0,10mm in thickness. The soft clear PVC we use is compliant with REACH standard and does not contain prohibited chemicals. The strap is fixed on the calendar using textile elastic. This type of a date window is fully assembled and it is very easy to put on a calendar. The transparent strap combined with textile rubber creates closed round belt, so it is the fastest solution in our product range in terms of assembling on the calendar.
